(Q1) I am not receiving a fax of my invoice whenever I place a Telxon order.
A1) There are a number of possibilities of what could be wrong here. If we do not have your fax number in our system when you place an order, you should receive a call about your order. If we do have your fax number on hand, make sure your fax line is configured and ready to receive calls. If you are having persistent problems receiving faxes, please call us at 800-444-4484 so we can diagnose your specific problem.
(Q1) I don�t know how to do ______ with my Telxon system.
A1) We probably don�t know either. The Telxon technology is extremely old and we would encourage anyone still using it to upgrade to different ordering software.
